Each label, the fruit of our dedication, highlights small local producers and great Italian and international excellences . Our "great native" wines tell local stories , while international wines add a touch of prestige.
The menu features over 200 labels: more than one hundred reds, sixty whites, sixteen sparkling wines , and a selection of rosés. The wines range throughout Italy—from Piedmont to Sicily, passing through our Lazio region—with select forays into France, Germany, and New Zealand.
Alongside the names that never disappoint, we give space to organic and biodynamic producers, indicated on the menu, and for each wine we declare therefinement: barrique, tonneaux, large barrel or amphora, so that choosing is simple even for those who are not in the industry.
A continuously rotating selection of wines by the glass allows you to pair a different glass with each course: from a bold red with the sliced steak to a sparkling wine with the meat sushi.
Our two sommeliers are available to recommend the perfect wine, creating harmonious pairings with our dishes. On the menu, the sommelier's star highlights our favorite bottles.
