Des boucées à tomber par lands. Mention spéciale aux rolls revisités au tartare de bœuf et à la crème de guacamole - Une explosion de saveurs unexpectedly et parfaitement maîtrisée. And that say du carpaccio? Fin, Délicat, Relevé Avec Justesse. A vrai bijou gastronomique, où chaque assiette raconte Ue Histoire. Bravo au chef pour hids crétivité sans compromis!   From appetizer to dessert, more than a welcoming experience, warm and refined atmosphere. One of the beauties of this place is to have been welcomed as if we were usual customers, friends or family. Eating, from appetizer to cake was exceptional. The types of cold cuts, not for nothing ordinary, kicked off a dinner of excellent quality. In addition to the meat, the handmade pasta was perfect, both in flavor, cooking and salt (which is not obvious eh) and also the desserts. Places of this type usually let you disappoint with the choice and quality of the dessert, not here! We will certainly return, with such a well -studied menu, only once is not enough.
